CLASS: THE FREE ACTOR

Our flagship and the steady heartbeat of the Studio — an ongoing professional actors’ gymnasium available by the month, taught by Artistic Director Ken Schatz. Four class sections with 3-hour classes each, every month. Flexible date plans also available. See FAQs for more.

  • $700 for 2 months (consecutive)

private coaching

Private coaching sessions with Artistic Director Ken Schatz available by the hour. Online via Zoom until Fall 2023.

enhanced coaching

Private coaching with Artistic Director Ken Schatz — for celebrities, for on-set/on-location/out-of-town work for film, television, and new media projects, for home visits, for cast, company, and educational workshops, and for other special projects.

CLASS: HOW TO WORK WITH ACTORS

An entirely new pedagogical approach specifically for the training and helping of all kinds of humans who coach, direct, teach, and advise actors. Available in two session types: a 4-week Wednesday afternoon course, 2:00-5:00 pm ET, or in a 2-day weekend intensive, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm ET.   • $600 / any full session
    + $300 for a working slot

  • $1000 for any 2 in-person or virtual sessions
    + $500 for 2 working slots

  • $1800 for any 4 in-person or virtual sessions
    + $900 for 4 working slots
